In all the years I have been shooting weddings I have never had a ceremony in an old blue stone laneway!
David and Emily’s wedding was exciting and eccentric. I loved being a part of their special day and am so happy with how the photos turned out.
Andrew and Danielle are such a cool couple and i loved every minute of their wedding !!!
Their ceremony, photo locations and reception were at the Amazing RED SCOOTER in Melbourne.
The bridal party was fantastic ! no one took it too seriously and hence the results speak for them self!
What an epic day! Four outfit changes, two ceremonies and a whole lot of colour. I think we might have broken our record for the number of photos snapped in one day! Dharmini looked incredible in all four of her beautiful saris, and the hindu ceremony was truly a spectacular event to witness. Later that afternoon they had a civil ceremony at Ripponlea Estate where they also held the reception. We have chosen just a few of our favourite shots for the blog, it was no easy task! Dharmini and Chris, we hope you love your photos and thank you for such a wonderful day.
Carolyn and Gareth chose Werribee Park Mansion as the backdrop for their special day. Carolyn wore an amazing Baccini & Hill dress. The ceremony was brilliant with guests holding colourful balloons. The reception was held in the “Theatre” room and as always beautifully decorated by Chloe and the staff from The Mansion Hotel.
Andrew and Emma were married on the beach at Sorrento on March 9th 2012. It was a perfect day! Sunshine, no wind and not a cloud in the sky. The reception followed at The Baths.
The week before it was 37 degrees, so in true Melbourne fashion this weekend it poured rain and didn’t relent all day!
We managed to escape the weather and get some fantastic photos of the lovely couple and their bridal party indoors. However, with Daniel being a fireman, we thought it necessary to brave the rain and get a shot in front of the fire brigade - it was well worth it!

We just picked up issue 20 of Real Weddings magazine and was pleasantly surprised to see that a wedding we photographed a few months back has featured! Natalie and Daniel got married at Stones of the Yarra Valley and it truly was a spectacular wedding. We also noticed a shot of ours on page 17 being used for Baccini & Hill, the wonderfully talented people who designed Nat’s dress. A Lavish Affair were the brilliant team who put together this wonderful celebration for Hayley & Matt. Set at the stunning Werribee Mansion, the day could not have been more perfect for an outdoor ceremony. Here are just a few of our favourite shots from the day, it was very hard to choose!
